Jarrom Street, Leicester. Handrail was completed to Phase 1 and 2 with Phase 3 near on completion. With a shortage of supply for new homes to rent and buy in Leicester, this 122 unit new build development will support Leicester City Council’s expectation to construct 39,400 new homes from 2020 to 2036.
