Project Throwback - Access Scaffolding Erected for New Build Student Accommodation Block in Leicester

A fully boarded independent access scaffolding erected to the full perimeter of a new build
student accommodation block in Leicester. The site had only one access route and in one direction. We designed and constructed a full loading tower which enabled delivery vehicles to drive underneath the loading bay and once the vehicle had left site the forklift could then load out materials onto the loading bay. The whole scaffold was erected using At-Pac rosette system scaffolding.

Fantastic project throwback! It’s great to see creative scaffolding solutions supporting new builds like this student accommodation — even though this one was in Leicester, it reminds me of the exciting developments happening around student accommodation in London and across the UK.
